Wrong item received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, you may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement.
Damaged item

How to request a refund
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
- Contact our support team at info@retali8.co with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Please include photos where relevant, especially for damaged or incorrect items.
Non-refundable items
- Items that have been used or are no longer in their original condition.
- Issues reported after the 14-day refund request window.
Refund process
Once your return request is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Depending on your location, return shipping costs may be your responsibility.
